Fine and sunny here in Turangi this morning. No wind as of 9:00am.  All rivers are clear and fishable.

Some good reports still coming through for those fishing the evening rise on the Tongariro River. Most anglers are catching on the Sporting Caddis or Goddard Caddis with a few others using Adams Moosetail.

A few other anglers are taking out Green Beetles to have a crack with.  The weather has settled a bit now which is making the fishing pleasant.  With the clear sunny days it would be worthwhile to do a bit of spotting fish.

Might be worth having a look at some of the river mouths ... try lumo marabou's or lumo silicon smelts or doll flies.  Also try the old faithful Scotch Poacher.
