Can’t fault the weather at present with another stunner out there today. Only a couple of anglers seen on my walk into the shop but the keen ones might have already been into them and gone home. With the low and clear river conditions we are still receiving those fishing early and late are getting the better fish but during the day try smaller naturals or globugs.

Sounds like there isn’t many boats about on the lake so there should be plenty of room out there. The Perfect Drifter drifted in to say that he had boated his limit in the last few days and with rain the forecast fish may start to build up at the river mouths again.

There is always something to see when wandering the river and I’ve noticed lately these bright red toadstools…..does anyone know what they are called? drop us an email if you can help us out?
