Highly Fishable
0km/h

Overcast with a bit of blue sky trying to poke through the clouds. Not raining as of 8:45am.  The wind is a little blustery from the West.  The Fivecast for this is to be a little gusty at times during the day.  The Tongariro is highly fishable.

Things have buttoned off a wee bit here in the shop now that the School Holidays have finished.  We can catch our breath so to speak.  A few other anglers have turned up now as they were waiting for the holidays to finish.  The retired folks have said to me that they can wait and come at times like this as they can pick and choose their times.  This is good as it can relieve some pressure on the rivers.

Seems like the wetliners were doing quite well in the Tongariro yesterday and brown woolly buggers were on the menu.
