Fishing Reports

Highly Fishable
Cloudy
15km/h
21.1m3/s

Overcast with light drizzly rain falling at times. No wind as of 9:00am. We may not get the wind like the last week with this cloud cover. Hopefully we get a bit of decent rain to dampen down the dust and once the sun comes out the humidity will increase and hopefully get the cicadas chirping en masse again.

(Below) Neil was out and about this morning before work and took this picture looking upstream to the Hydro Pool this morning. It looks pretty dark and sinister.

(Below) Looking downstream to the Breakfast Pool from the Major Jones swing bridge this morning.

(Below) I received this email this morning and is a little bit of delayed coverage from the last few days.  This is thanks to Allan Williams.  Allan writes:

Hi Jared

After about 18 years of trying I finally landed a double.

I’ve hooked about 5 or 6 over the years but this is the first I’ve landed.

Cheers

Alan Williams (one of the Creel Lodge royal navy crew)
