It's a sunny and windy day here in Turangi. 

The Tongariro is low and clear, small nymphs suspended under a small indicator or dry fly has been the go-to for many anglers as well as Euro nymphing when the wind allows. Late afternoons and evenings have seen mayfly hatches en masse which has presented some wonderful dry fly fishing opportunities with parachute dry fly patterns and soft hackled emergers. 

The boys from across the ditch have been making the most of the fishery! We are lucky enough to share some of their photos.
