It is a beautiful day in Turangi but keep yourself warm as the temperature is cooler than previous mornings, seeing fine snowfall on the Kaimanawas. Great to see vehicles parked at the main Tauranga-Taupo River access and at the Bridge pool carparks of the Tongariro. Today should see a good number of anglers out there making the most of the waterways post flood, if you are in town get into the fishing now as we expect to see more heavy rain and wind on Saturday.

Folks have been itching to get out on the boat for some lake fishing! We have good stock of Sporting Life jig sets which are tied in store and Tim has been busy getting these in order for you all. We also have the famous Pat Swift Jig Rigs! 

Rosie got out there in her happy place yesterday afternoon ending the brief hiatus from her daily fishing adventures which were put on hold during the brief flood! She certainly makes the most of everyday! Getting out there before or after work, living the dream.
