Heavy rain for the Central Plateau today which should see it settle by tomorrow, keep an eye on the river levels if you are heading out. Wet lining and nymphing have been the go-to for anglers keen to get out there in this rain.
More browns are being caught in the Tongariro and our friend Sam has been getting a few on dry/dropper while others are nymphing or targeting them on streamers at night.
