Weather: Fine with light southerlies
It’s a stunning day here in Turangi with clear skies and sunshine. The Tongariro River is running clear and looking in great condition.
We've had some solid reports coming through the shop of anglers landing good fish.
Morning sessions have been productive with egg patterns, while small natural flies are working well as the day warms up.
Out on the Lake, trolling has been rewarding. Pink lures are proving effective, along with the ever-reliable black and gold Toby.
The weekend weather is shaping up to be absolutely mint — perfect conditions to get out on the water!
