Looking ahead it appears we will have some wintry weather following the unusually mild temperatures we've had throughout the month with the odd, scattered shower here and there so the rivers remain low and clear.
Keep watch on the rain and wind reports as it we expect it to be pretty wild in the coming days, but we shall see as the worst of the weather keeps going around us.
It appears that Rosie and I have made our trips to the delta a regular occurrence as we made the last-minute decision to head out for the afternoon as it was calm. We used Tim's white booby variants which did the trick seeing them perform at their best towards sunset, there were some good fish caught, but a few still on the slim side compared to the fat nuggets on previous days.
