Tongariro River Flow: 37.3m3/sec
Weather: rain
The rain returned overnight and continues to pour as I type this report.
The Tongariro is looking real good with that murky green tinge to it, so we would like to think some of you are out there and getting into a few fish!
Nymphing and wetlining continues to provide good fishing for us and on the odd occasion the dry dropper working well during the short periods of sunshine 😅 we will take what we can get!
Pat Swift CDC feathers are in stock!
This is a must have item in my fly tying kit. I use it in most patterns as a hackle behind bead headed nymphs, in dry flys, and streamers as it creates movement and looks great!
